Our team was founded with one goal in mind: to save companies time and money while finding the best insurance products to meet their business needs.

With over 15 years in the human resources industry, we came together identifying a need in the marketplace and our desire to provide exceptional service for small to mid-sized business owners to deliver results that matter. We built this family owned business as a means to help generate protection through exceptional services. We believe small and mid-sized businesses are the key to the US economy and have a passion for making sure they succeed. We are three professionals with combined expertise in backgrounds as diverse as patent law, medical services, and human resources. We know the competitive landscape and just how precious time is when operating a business.

Outside of the business, we enjoy time with our families and the beautiful weather and beaches in our hometown, sunny San Diego.
